Martin Rosenberger

Martin Rosenberger is working for Frauscher for almost 20 years. He knows every single product by heart and contributed to designing many of them. In his role as Product Management Director he focusses on portfolio management and product development as well as on innovations in the fields of wheel detection, axle counting and Distributed Acoustic Sensing (DAS). Christian Pucher is Marketing Director at Frauscher. In this function he is responsible for the external appearance of the globally acting company as well as for its positioning. He significantly conducted the realignment of the Frauscher brand and its new focus around the company’s claim “Track more with less”. He has many years of professional experience in B2B marketing as he already was head of marketing at an environmental technology company before joining Frauscher. Melanie Kleinpötzl

Melanie Kleinpötzl is working within the Product Management of Frauscher. She is connected with the company since it supported her with her master’s thesis at the University of Applied Sciences of Wels on “Implementing product management within an industrial goods company”. In her role as Lifecycle Management Manager it’s important to her that all the processes around developing and enhancing Frauscher’s products are being continuously amplified and optimised. Fabian Schwarz

To render complex technical issues into easily understandable texts is daily business for Fabian Schwarz. After finishing his master’s degree in communication science at the University of Vienna, he was working as a copywriter for an advertising agency in Salzburg. In 2014 he joined Frauscher, where he accounts for public relations and advertising now. Furthermore he actively fills the company’s content marketing with life. Mayank Tripathi

Before joining Frauscher, Mayank Tripathi was working as engineer, sales manager and lately as sales and marketing director for a railway company in France. He holds a master’s degree from École nationale supérieure des mines de Nancy and has a total of 15 years of experience in the railway signalling industry. In April 2016 he has been appointed as account executive for the French market at Frauscher and takes care for business development. Mayank Tripathi speaks English, French and Hindi.

Laura Falcon

Laura Falcon holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Rider University in the US. She joined Frauscher in 2017 as a Marketing Specialist, and prior to this worked in marketing, training and development in the pharmaceutical industry, and as a licensed banker in the financial industry. She handles marketing and communication activities for Frauscher US and the North American market. Responsibilities include public relations, webinars, trade show coordination, case studies and white papers, marketing strategy and execution. Laura Falcon speaks English.

Stefan Daller

After finishing his studies in political science at the universities of Regensburg and Passau, Stefan Daller did not go for a career in politics, but in marketing. He placed his emphasis on online and digital marketing and worked in the corporate communications department of an intercultural consulting company. Since 2015 he is responsible for online marketing at Frauscher. In this role he also takes care for the company’s corporate blog. Stefan Daller speaks English, French and German.

Andrew McCarthy

Andrew McCarthy completed his undergraduate studies in Electronics and Acoustics at the University of the West of England in Bristol. In 2013 he joined Frauscher UK, where his first role was to provide customers with technical support on-site. Since 2015 he is managing the engineering and customer service team at the company’s US location in Princeton, New Jersey. Andrew McCarthy speaks English.

Stefan Lugschitz

Stefan Lugschitz has always been enthusiastic about technology: He graduated from HTBLA Braunau (a technical college) with focus on electronics and computer engineering and studied sensor technology and micro systems at the University of Applied Sciences of Wels. Since 2006 he puts forth his technological enthusiasm in the Research & Development at Frauscher. Here he is taking part in developing hardware and software for axle counters and communication boards and also supervises R&D Systems. Stefan Lugschitz speaks English and German.

Manfred Sommergruber

During his 12 years in railway signalling, Manfred Sommergruber was involved in many technical developments and introduced an interdivisional project management process according to International Railway Industry Standard (IRIS). For two years he was working as expatriate in Melbourne, where he set up a technical sales department for Frauscher Australia. In his current position as Technical Sales Manager he is elaborating specific axle counting and wheel detection solutions together with international customers. Elaine Baker

Elaine Baker has extensive experience in the UK railway market. She graduated in Computer Science and Mathematics from the University of Strathclyde in 1986 and later on was working as an engineer for several railway and telecommunication companies. In the early 2010s, she also was involved in the Thameslink Programme and its ETCS/ATO solution. Since 2015 she takes the role as Managing Director of Frauscher UK. Elaine Baker speaks English.

Franz Pointner

Franz Pointner joined Frauscher soon after finishing his studies in Electrical Engineering at HTL Paul-Hahn-Straße (today known as Linzer Technikum). From 1998 onwards – after two years in Research & Development – he took responsibility for product safety and established the RAMS department, which he heads to date. In this function, he accounts for Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, and Safety of all Frauscher products. Franz Pointner speaks English and German.

Hannes Kalteis

In his master’s thesis at the University of Applied Sciences Upper Austria, which he already developed together with Frauscher, Hannes Kalteis did a worldwide competitive analysis in the field of wheel detection and axle counting and compiled a competitor database. This was the perfect entry for his work at Frauscher: since 2014 he is responsible for Innovations within the company’s Product Management department. Hannes Kalteis speaks English and German.
