New office in Bengaluru: Frauscher reinforces India expansion

In only five years since the market entry in 2013, we have achieved strong growth in India. Approximately 100 employees research, develop, produce and sell innovative railway sensor technology systems, successfully addressing the specific challenges of the Indian market with newly designed and adapted products. To meet increasing demands, our staff in Bengaluru recently moved to a new office in the Prestige Khoday Tower, No. 5, Raj Bhavan Road, where visitors will now be welcome in representative premises for discussions and trainings.

Railway Interchange is the largest combined railroad exhibition and technical conference in North America, sponsored by RSSI, RSI, AREMA and REMSA. This massive exhibition took place from September 17 to 20, 2017 in historic downtown Indianapolis, and was attended by over 8,000 industry professionals from around the world. The Indiana Convention Center was the venue for Frauscher and approximately 700 other exhibitors to showcase their latest products, services and equipment.

It has become normal for Frauscher employees to welcome new colleagues almost every week. Because of its continuous international growth, the company is hiring another 80 employees worldwide this year. Now the staff total at Frauscher’s Austrian location has reached a record high of 200 people: Kiran Griffiths has been a part of the R&D team since July and supports them with programming embedded systems.
